Aged patiently for 16 years, this cask was filled on September 17th 2004 and bottled on April 19th 2021.

Every cask is carefully selected and looked after at our on-site cooperage to ensure it meets our exacting standards. This cask was a first fill Sherry seasoned American oak puncheon.

Each single cask is unique, yielding a limited number of bottles, each individually numbered. This cask produced only 593 bottles.
