West Coast IPA brewed for the 2025 Hop Growers America contest using Columbus, Cluster, Elani & Zeus hops.
This year the chosen style was a west coast IPA, and our submission features a light, yet complex maltbill, with a heavy hotside hop addition and a generous dry-hop as well 🔥
Old school piney, resinous and citrussy aromas and flavors, paired with malty body and mouthfeel and a solid bitterness in the finish - this is one of our new favourites!
